About Us

Church Mission Statement

To marshal all the available resources and technologies to make known the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This good news which we proclaim must be authentic and must be a living witness in the life of those who proclaim, praise and practice it. Our mission must ensure that with God’s rule in our hearts, we are in partnership with God and in deliverance from the bondage of economic oppression, racial bigotry and social political injustice. As a church, we foster and promote praise to our God who gave us Jesus, who has set us free and made us whole.

What We Believe

We Believe In One God. We Believe In Jesus, His Only Begotten Son. We Believe In the Death and the Resurrection of Jesus. We Believe In Eternal Life.

The Ordinances of the Baptist Church

We believe there are two great ordinances of the church – Baptism and Holy Communion. The ordinance of baptism by immersion is commanded in the Scriptures. All who repent and believe on Christ as Savior and Lord are to be baptized as they are physically able and have opportunity. (Matthew 28:19, 20; Acts 8:26-38). Baptism is an outward sign of an inward spiritual renewal and rebirth.

The ordinance of Holy Communion, also known as the Lord’s Supper, consists of the broken bread-the body of Jesus Christ, and the fruit of the vine-the shed blood of our Lord and Savior. It is a memorial of His suffering and death (I Corinthians 11:26); our fellowship and communion with all believers (Ephesians 4:4-6); and our prophetic expectation of His second coming (I Corinthians 11:26.)
